1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the website www.omveda.de and to all services offered through it in the field of astrological consultation and training (Jyotish).
Any deviating terms and conditions of the user shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Contractual Parties

User:
Individuals who book an astrological consultation or training via the website.
3. Description of Services
The service provider offers astrological consultations based on Vedic astrology (Jyotish). All services are provided exclusively online (e.g. via video conference or telephone) and include in particular:
a) Individual Consultation – Birth Chart
Comprehensive astrological analysis of the personal birth chart for self-awareness and orientation.
Duration approx. 60–90 minutes
Price: 150 €
b) Single Question / Follow-up Consultation
Consultation focusing on a specific question or as a continuation of a previous session.
Duration approx. 30–45 minutes
Price: 60 €

Comparative astrological analysis of two birth charts to explore dynamics, potentials and learning themes within a partnership.
Duration approx. 90 minutes
Price: 222 €
4. Important Notice – No Medical or Therapeutic Services
The services offered do not constitute medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic or healing advice or treatment.
No diagnoses are made, no promises of healing are given, and no therapeutic measures are carried out. Astrological consultations serve solely for personal reflection, orientation, and awareness.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
The fees are based on the service booked as described in Section 3 of these T&C.
All prices are in Euros (€). Payment is due in advance via the payment methods offered on the website (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), unless otherwise agreed.
The right to have the service performed only exists after full payment has been received.
6. Appointment Booking, Cancellation and No-Show
Booked appointments are binding.
Free cancellation or rescheduling is only possible within the period specified on the website. In the event of non-attendance or late cancellation, there is no entitlement to a refund unless a demonstrably valid reason exists.
7. Liability
The service provider shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
No liability is assumed for decisions or actions taken by the user based on the astrological consultation. The use of the consultation is at the user’s own responsibility.
8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
User Obligations:
- To provide truthful and complete information required for the consultation
- To inform the service provider in a timely manner in case of inability to attend a booked appointment
Service Provider Obligations:
- To provide the agreed services with due care and professionalism
- To treat all transmitted information confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection regulations
9. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of these T&C be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
